We ship all product through USPS. Below are the delivery options we offer.

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days delivery time.

USPS Priority Mail Express: Overnight Delivery. 

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process.

REFUND/exchange POLICY

Exchanges:

SOAR Aerospace quad frames have a 30-day warranty from the time of purchase and can be exchanged for the same frame within that time. Frames are only eligible for exchange if the frame breaks. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. On your initial email, please send us photos of your product and a detailed description of your issue. Once approved please send to the shipping address below. Please obtain a tracking number when returning merchandise. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, SOAR Aerospace cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4125 Iveyglen Ave, Orlando FL, 32826, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
